Beautiful softcover volume bound in black leather with gilt lettering on spine. All page edges are painted red.
There is a mild discoloration caused by moisture on front end paper. A small “chunk” missing on bottom on inside by spine for several pages, including title and author’s portrait (please see photos to confirm condition.)
Some minor foxing and staining on title, half title, and author’s portrait pages. Back end paper is missing.
Aside from the above-mentioned items, no other markings or issues in the book. Pages are clean, the volume is very well bound and a pleasure to hold.
