Some expected wear on cover, the corners are slight bent inwards, some staining and fading on back cover (see photos to confirm condition.). There is moderate yellowing to the pages due to passage of time. First blank page before titular page appears to be missing.
Inside front cover has an old ink inscription, reading “Lillie R. Barnes, Wood Point, Sackville, N.B., 1898”.
There is also a newspaper clipping taped next to the signature, a note published by Lillie to her late husband Thomas A. Long, in 1956.
